- Striped ribbed baseball collar. Snapped placket. Enameled snaps custom-developed with a “1967 Polo RL Ralph Lauren” logo.
- Long sleeves with striped ribbed cuffs. Striped ribbed inserts at the armholes.
- Los Angeles Dodgers™ logo patch at the left chest and center back. Patches spelling out “Ralph Lauren” and “Dodgers™” at the center back.
- Two front angled pockets. “Ralph Lauren” script embroidered at the right pocket. Interior left waist pocket.
