When you make a purchase on this Site you will be asked to confirm your agreement and understanding that the relevant Terms of Sale apply to your purchase. Such information is provided for your interest and entertainment only and will include historical information, including about past seasons. Please therefore be aware that this section of the Site may not be current and that descriptions of goods and services and other information in this section of the Site may include references to goods and services offered in previous seasons and may not contain accurate, complete and update information about current season goods. This section of the Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making purchasing decisions.

Please refer to and consult the sales sections of the Site here for information about the goods currently available for purchase on the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible even if the information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete or current.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to this Site.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERING

Price and other information of products presented on this Site is only an invitation for you to make an offer to purchase the products (an invitation to treat) and your order shall be deemed as an offer. All orders placed through this Site are subject to Ralph Lauren’s acceptance in writing. A purchase contract for the product(s) is formed only upon Ralph Lauren accepting your offer to purchase by sending you an email confirming acceptance of your order and that the product(s) you ordered have been sent out. If you have ordered more than one product under a single order, the purchase contract is formed only in relation to the product(s) for which Ralph Lauren has issued an email confirming acceptance of your order and that the products have been sent out for delivery as aforementioned.

Ralph Lauren retains the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, accept or cancel any order (or any part thereof) prior to acceptance. If your debit card, credit card, bank account or any other 3rd party payment account (Unionpay/Alipay or Google Pay, etc) has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Ralph Lauren will issue you a refund to your original purchasing account. To the fullest extent permitted by law but subject always to your statutory rights as referred to in the Liability section below Ralph Lauren excludes all other liability to you as a result of such cancellation or refusal to accept an order.

Purchase for resale is not permitted. This Site is intended solely for Ralph Lauren to sell its products direct to end consumers. Purchase for resale means the purchase of Ralph Lauren products by someone who resells, or intends to resell, such Ralph Lauren product to others (consumers, businesses or any third party). If Ralph Lauren believes you are involved in purchase for resale, Ralph Lauren reserves the right to take any available action against you, including, without limitation, to restrict sales to you, cancel your orders, and/or suspend or close your account.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Products included for sale on this Site are available while supplies last. Merchandise featured for sale on this Site may, in some instances, also be available for purchase in Ralph Lauren stores in Malaysia. However, this is subject to availability and in some cases, merchandise featured on this Site may not be available in stores. Prices listed for sale of products on this Site are prices for online sales only and the prices at which products are listed for sale in our stores may be different to these online prices.

The particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of colors of our products on this Site.

Ralph Lauren reserves the right, at their own expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to compensation by you and, in such case, you agree to cooperate with Ralph Lauren in the defence of such matter.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The laws of Malaysia govern these Terms of Use and your use of this Site, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use.

We recognize that it is possible for you to obtain access to this Site from any jurisdiction in the world, but we have no practical ability to prevent such access. This Site has been designed to comply with the laws of the Malaysia.
